How to get a raccoon out of your chimney?
Raccoons and squirrels will often live if your chimney we receive many calls about this daily. The first thing I always tell our customer calling about the Raccoon in the Chimney is “whatever you do, don’t try and smoke it out. I can understand how this might seem like a good idea but imagine the feeling you’ll have after lighting up the fireplace smoking the critter to death and then having a burned animal smell for months sometimes even years that is so unbearable that you might consider moving to a new home, that is if you can sell the burned animal smelling home to someone else.
