We try to collect only what we need to answer your request and do the work.

  • Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, city or service address, and the details of your wildlife issue when you submit our contact form, use the chat on our site, or call us.
  • Automatic information. When you visit the site, we and our analytics tools collect things like IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and rough location (city or region level).
  • Cookies. We use basic cookies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

3. Text messaging and your phone number

When you give us your phone number through our contact form, the chat widget, or by calling us, you agree that Utah Wildlife Specialists may text or call that number to respond to you. These messages are informational and transactional, such as replying to your question, confirming or scheduling an inspection, and following up on service. We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts.

  • Message frequency varies and depends on the conversation.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Reply HELP for help, or reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you reply STOP we will not text you again unless you opt back in.

We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and the consent you give are used only by Utah Wildlife Specialists and the service providers that help us send these messages and run our business.
